The Liston Mountain House started with a simple idea: a place where hikers, locals, and passersby can pull up a chair, grab a real cup of coffee, and feel like they belong.
Tucked along County Road 245 outside New Castle, we're your pit stop for the day — whether you're wrapping up an early trail run, taking a break from the drive, or just need a reason to slow down. Our kitchen serves hearty, straightforward food, and our bar is always stocked for the afternoon crowd.
